Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex functional requirements for enterprise-level payment systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and document detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Lead workshops and facilitate communication between business units and engineering teams to ensure technical alignment.
- Perform comprehensive gap analysis to optimize payment workflows and reduce operational friction.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features that align with strategic business goals.
- Mentor junior business analysts and promote best practices in documentation and process modeling.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and security standards are embedded in all banking technology solutions.
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, specifically within the Payments or Banking/Fintech domain.
- Strong proficiency in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Expert knowledge of payment protocols, clearing systems, and cross-border transaction flows.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with SQL and API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI) is highly preferred.
