Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough research on potential leads and target companies using LinkedIn, job boards, and corporate websites.
- Identify and analyze market trends to support sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects via email and other communication channels to introduce our services and build rapport.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to qualify leads and schedule high-priority meetings.
- Stay updated on industry news, competitor activities, and market shifts.
- Document findings, report progress, and suggest improvements to lead generation processes.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates (No prior experience required).
- Strong research and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms like LinkedIn.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are a plus.
- Ability to work onsite in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
- Willingness to adapt to a flexitime schedule.
