Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to fuel consistent pipeline growth for our clients.
- Manage multi-channel outreach campaigns including email marketing, social selling, and cold calling initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
- Identify and qualify high-potential prospects by conducting deep market research and competitive analysis.
- Implement and maintain robust CRM hygiene and data management practices to ensure accurate reporting.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of excellence and high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales Development, or B2B Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation quotas and targets.
- Proficiency with modern sales tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer acquisition strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
