- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate and qualify sales leads
- Build and maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems
- Meet daily/weekly call volume and lead conversion targets
- Collaborate with sales team to align lead qualification criteria

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months of sales or call center experience
