Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and qualify potential business leads through strategic research and outreach.
- Develop and maintain a high-quality database of prospective clients using CRM tools.
- Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns, including email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and niche targeting.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead to qualified opportunity.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
- Optimize outreach messaging to improve engagement and response rates.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of sales funnel stages and CRM management (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performance team culture.
- Proficiency in digital research tools and social media prospecting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
