Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate qualified leads and schedule sales appointments
- Research and identify potential clients through industry directories, social media, and market analysis
- Qualify prospects using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) methodology
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and provide market insights
- Maintain accurate lead data and activity logs in CRM systems
- Exceed weekly/monthly appointment-setting targets while maintaining quality standards
- Develop and refine outreach scripts based on campaign performance data
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in lead conversion metrics
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in team environments
- Fluent in English and Tagalog for effective client communication
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and campaign requirements
