Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth online research using advanced data mining techniques to identify and qualify potential leads within target industries.
- Extract, clean, and organize prospect data from multiple sources into our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Collaborate closely with the US sales team to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and lead generation criteria.
- Maintain high data integrity by regularly auditing and updating the lead database.
- Assist in developing and executing multi-channel outreach strategies to engage decision-makers.
- Generate and present reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline health to management.
- Stay updated on data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) to ensure full compliance in all prospecting activities.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Lead Generation Specialist, Data Miner, or Sales Researcher in a BPO or SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar sales intelligence tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail for data validation.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage time and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setup.
- Knowledge of the US B2B SaaS market is a distinct advantage.
- Willingness to work in US business hours / shifting schedules.
