Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and research potential clients through targeted prospecting strategies
- Execute multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads
- Qualify prospects using BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
- Maintain accurate CRM records with lead interaction data and progression status
- Collaborate with sales teams to align lead generation campaigns with business objectives
- Analyze lead performance metrics and optimize outreach approaches
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor landscapes
Kualifikasi
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales support
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate value propositions
- Experience with sales automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
