Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical direction for geotechnical investigations, foundation design, and slope stability analyses
- Mentor and guide junior engineers while ensuring quality deliverables and project timelines
- Develop geotechnical designs for infrastructure projects including buildings, transportation, and utilities
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to resolve technical challenges
- Prepare comprehensive engineering reports, specifications, and construction documentation
- Implement risk management strategies for geotechnical hazards on-site
- Stay updated on industry advancements and integrate best practices into project workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Geotechnical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification
- Expertise in geotechnical software (e.g., PLAXIS, GeoStudio, Slope/W)
- Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure or building projects
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex geological data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Philippine engineering codes and international standards
