You will collaborate closely with our marketing, strategy, and development teams to create cohesive, multi-platform campaigns that capture attention and drive results. Your work will span brand identity development, digital advertising, social media content, print collateral, and UI elements. We are looking for a mentor who can nurture junior talent, a strategic partner who can sell creative ideas to clients, and an artist who consistently produces portfolio-worthy work.

- Lead and mentor the design team, providing creative direction, constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Conceptualize and execute bold, high-quality visual assets for a wide range of projects, including branding, digital marketing, social media, and print materials.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, strategy, development) to ensure design alignment with overall campaign goals and brand strategy.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial briefing and conceptualization to final production and delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Present creative concepts and strategic rationale to clients and stakeholders, effectively selling the vision and securing buy-in.
- Establish and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints for Craft Creative and its diverse clients.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and technologies, integrating fresh ideas and best practices into the team's workflow.
- Contribute to new business pitches by developing compelling visual concepts and presentations that showcase the agency's creative prowess.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
- For Lead: Minimum 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role. For Assistant Lead: Minimum 3+ years of experience with demonstrated leadership potential.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Experience with Figma or Sketch is a strong plus.
- A stunning portfolio that showcases bold, expressive, and diverse design work across branding, digital, and print.
- Exceptional conceptual thinking and visual storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and layout.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, delegate tasks effectively, and inspire excellence in others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to clients and leading internal creative reviews.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
