Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the grilling team, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality food preparation
- Prepare and cook Korean barbecue dishes according to authentic recipes and restaurant standards
- Train and mentor junior staff members on grilling techniques and food safety procedures
- Monitor food inventory and communicate with kitchen staff to ensure adequate supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grilling station and equipment
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and health department requirements
- Assist in menu development and suggest improvements to grilling techniques and recipes
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role in the food service industry
- Knowledge of Korean cuisine and grilling techniques is highly desirable
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
