Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the grilling station to ensure consistent, high-quality preparation of premium meats and ingredients.
- Provide exceptional table-side service, engaging with guests while expertly grilling at their table to their preferred specifications.
- Lead and mentor junior servers, ensuring all service standards, safety protocols, and company values are met daily.
- Manage guest inquiries, dietary requirements, and special requests with professional product knowledge and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Assist in inventory management and quality control for premium cuts, marinades, and fresh ingredients.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure perfect timing between grilling and dish service.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to all food hygiene and sanitation regulations.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience in high-end hospitality or specialty grilling (e.g., Korean BBQ, Yakiniku, or Teppanyaki).
- Proven leadership abilities with a genuine passion for mentoring and developing team members.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, customer-centric approach.
- Strong technical knowledge of various meat cuts, heat levels, and grilling techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
- Flexibility to work shift rotations, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Valid Basic Food Hygiene Certification is highly preferred.
