Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive training programs for hospital billing staff
- Conduct regular training sessions on medical coding, billing procedures, and compliance requirements
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching
- Update training materials to reflect changes in healthcare regulations and billing practices
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop improvement strategies
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and trainee progress
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in hospital billing
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on hospital billing experience (non-negotiable requirement)
- Previous experience in a training or mentoring role preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
- Familiarity with US healthcare billing regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in training methodologies and adult learning principles
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
