Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and implementation of large-scale warehouse automation and material handling systems.
- Conduct detailed process audits and time-motion studies to identify bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies.
- Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to FedEx quality standards.
- Develop and maintain simulation models to forecast logistics capacity and plan for facility expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing global supply chain workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and Lean Six Sigma methodology.
- Analyze operational data to provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; Professional License (PE/IE) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably within high-volume logistics, manufacturing, or distribution centers.
- Expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS), automated storage/retrieval systems (AS/RS), and conveyor systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a major plus).
- Strong command of simulation software (e.g., AnyLogic, Arena) and data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Proven ability to manage complex project lifecycles and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
