Join Bumi Baru Plastik's dynamic engineering team as Lead Industrial Utility Engineer and drive operational excellence in our manufacturing facility. This pivotal role requires a technical expert to optimize industrial utility systems, enhance factory reliability, and implement efficiency improvements through rigorous engineering methodologies. You'll spearhead critical projects involving system design, root cause analysis, and technical execution to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead engineering calculations and system design for industrial utility infrastructure (HVAC, steam, compressed air, water treatment)
- Conduct comprehensive root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and system inefficiencies
- Execute technical projects to improve factory reliability, energy efficiency, and operational performance
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies for utility systems
- Oversee utility system operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Manage technical project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Mentor and lead cross-functional engineering teams during system upgrades and modifications
- Prepare technical documentation including SOPs, engineering reports, and improvement proposals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in industrial utility systems management
- Proven expertise in root cause analysis and engineering problem-solving methodologies
- Strong project management skills with successful execution of technical projects
- Proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, EPLAN) and CMMS systems
- Knowledge of industrial utility systems (HVAC, steam generation, compressed air, water treatment)
- Leadership experience managing engineering teams and contractors
- Understanding of Indonesian safety standards (SNI) and environmental regulations
