The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Lead Infrastructure Architect (Network) to join our team on a contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and governing the robust network infrastructure that supports Singapore's financial ecosystem. You will serve as the technical authority for network strategy, procurement, and architecture, ensuring that our systems remain resilient, secure, and scalable in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic design and planning of enterprise-grade network infrastructure.
- Oversee the full procurement lifecycle for network hardware, software, and managed services.
- Establish technical governance standards, policies, and best practices for network performance and security.
- Lead complex technical migrations and upgrades with minimal service disruption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align infrastructure solutions with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct deep-dive troubleshooting for mission-critical network issues and implement permanent fixes.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in network architecture, infrastructure design, and systems engineering.
- Proven expertise in SDN, SD-WAN, and cloud-native networking solutions.
- Deep understanding of high-availability network design, firewall technologies, and load balancing.
- Professional certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or equivalent (e.g., AWS/Azure Network Specialty) are highly preferred.
- Strong experience in project management and vendor coordination within a regulated industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
