You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and stakeholders to ensure that every project reflects the unique identity of the brand while maintaining the highest standards of quality, budget compliance, and timeline management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle for large-scale commercial interior designs.
- Translate client objectives into creative, functional, and aesthetically superior design concepts.
- Manage the entire design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical support to ensure project success.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders during site execution to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Review technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and material specifications for quality and accuracy.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient delivery of all design phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience, with a proven track record in commercial design.
- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing creative teams in a deadline-driven environment.
- Deep understanding of construction documentation, material procurement, and interior detailing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of pitching concepts to high-profile clients.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
