Are you an expert in fiber optic infrastructure with a knack for leadership? PLEXUS SYSTEMS INC. is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Lead ISP Cabling Supervisor to join our expanding team in Mandaluyong City. In this role, you will be the bridge between OSP (Outside Plant) and ISP (Inside Plant) installations, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of connectivity, safety, and operational excellence.
You will oversee technical teams, manage complex cabling deployments, and ensure seamless service transition from external networks to internal facilities. If you have a deep understanding of fiber cabling, splicing, and structured cabling systems and possess the leadership skills to mentor a technical crew, we want to hear from you. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end fiber optic installation projects, focusing on OSP to ISP connectivity.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide technical guidance to cabling field technicians.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure all installations adhere to safety and industry standards.
- Coordinate with clients, internal project managers, and external contractors for project site readiness.
- Troubleshoot complex connectivity issues and implement effective on-site resolutions.
- Prepare accurate project reports, technical documentation, and inventory audits for completed installations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in lead-in (OSP to ISP) installation and structured cabling projects.
- Deep understanding of fiber optic splicing, testing (OTDR/Power Meter), and termination techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, network diagrams, and floor plans.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing field crews and site operations.
- Working knowledge of health and safety regulations related to telecommunications cabling.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage site-level challenges.
- Valid certification in fiber optics or relevant telecommunications vocational training is highly preferred.
