Are you an experienced IT Auditor with a passion for high-growth financial ecosystems? GoTo Financial is looking for a Lead IT Auditor to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our mission to accelerate financial inclusion through our suite of consumer and merchant services, including GoPay.
As a Lead IT Auditor, you will play a critical role in evaluating the design and effectiveness of our internal controls, IT infrastructure, and data security frameworks. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate risks, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance in an ever-evolving fintech landscape. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute complex IT audit engagements, including infrastructure, cloud environment, and application controls.
- Identify and assess risks associated with key business processes and emerging technologies within GoTo Financial.
- Develop detailed audit programs and test procedures to validate control effectiveness.
- Provide strategic recommendations to management for strengthening IT governance and internal control frameworks.
- Monitor the remediation of audit findings and collaborate with business units to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and cybersecurity threats impacting the fintech sector.
- Lead and mentor junior audit team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Support internal and external stakeholders during regulatory examinations and compliance audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in IT auditing, risk management, or cybersecurity consulting.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CIA are highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of IT audit frameworks (COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST) and financial regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical systems and business data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
- Experience in the fintech or high-growth tech industry is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
