Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage complex banking and finance transactions, including syndicated loans, project financing, and structured products
- Handle high-stakes commercial disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance in the banking and financial sectors
- Develop and implement legal strategies for complex commercial transactions and dispute resolutions
- Mentor and supervise junior lawyers, fostering their professional development and growth
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including client relationship management and proposal preparation
- Stay abreast of legal developments, regulatory changes, and market trends in banking, finance, and commercial law
Kualifikasi
- Admitted to the Singapore Bar with at least 8-10 years of PQE, with substantial experience in banking & finance and commercial disputes
- Proven track record of handling complex, high-value transactions and disputes in the banking and financial sectors
- Strong academic background with a law degree from a recognized institution
- Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in mentoring junior lawyers
- Commercial awareness and business acumen to understand clients' commercial objectives
