Tanggung Jawab
- Lead Research and Development (R&D) for core localization algorithms, focusing on scalability, speed, and accuracy.
- Design and architect robust, scalable localization pipelines capable of handling high-volume, real-time translation requests.
- Oversee the end-to-end localization process, from technical requirements gathering to final quality assurance.
- Implement and manage automation strategies for Translation Management Systems (TMS) and Computer-Aided Translation (CAT) tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, UX Designers, and Regional Localization Managers, to align technical goals with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and localization specialists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize system performance and cost-efficiency in translation APIs and language processing units.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Localization Engineering, Technical Localization, or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects and managing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Extensive experience with translation APIs, TMS platforms, and localization automation tools.
- Deep understanding of linguistic data processing, lexicography, and machine translation evaluation metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
