Tanggung Jawab
- Design and oversee installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Lead troubleshooting and maintenance of M&E systems to optimize performance
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycle
- Implement energy-efficient solutions and sustainable building practices
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E engineering with project leadership
- Professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, CEng) or equivalent
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant design software
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and sustainability standards
- Experience with BIM integration and project management methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
