Training will commence in the PST time zone, with future flexibility available.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the integrity of our CRM database to ensure accurate lead tracking.
- Conduct high-volume outreach to potential leads via email, phone, and social platforms.
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria to ensure high-quality lead flow.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team, ensuring optimal calendar management.
- Follow up consistently with leads to nurture long-term relationships and increase conversion rates.
- Provide detailed reports on lead progress, outreach metrics, and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to refine outreach strategies and scripts.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Exceptional proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict daily KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new sales tools quickly.
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet capability.
- Willingness to train in PST hours with flexibility for future shifts.
