Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion
- Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and equipment using CAD software
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and technical evaluations of designs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including electrical, civil, and software engineers
- Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering design and analysis
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA
- Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, thermodynamics, and materials science
- Experience with project management and team leadership
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Professional engineering license or equivalent certification is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
