In this role, you will serve as a Lead Mechanical Engineer for small to medium-sized projects, or as a Sub-Lead on large-scale, complex global programs. You will be the technical authority for the mechanical discipline on your projects, ensuring engineering rigor, quality deliverables, and strict adherence to budget and schedule. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the development of critical engineering deliverables including design calculations, equipment specifications, piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs), and 3D models. You will work in close collaboration with process, electrical, structural, and civil engineers, providing integrated design solutions that optimize project performance and constructability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the Lead Mechanical Engineer on assigned projects, taking ownership of the technical quality, schedule, and budget for the mechanical design scope.
- Develop and review detailed engineering deliverables including calculations, specifications, data sheets, drawings, and 3D models (P&IDs, piping plans, equipment layouts).
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls, Civil/Structural) to ensure seamless design integration.
- Perform engineering analyses such as pipe stress analysis, pressure drop calculations, and equipment sizing using industry-standard software like CAESAR II and AFT Arrow.
- Participate in design reviews, HAZOP studies, and constructability reviews to mitigate risks and optimize design solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and work assignment delegation to a team of junior engineers and CAD designers.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, cost estimates, and client presentations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer (Philippines) is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering design, preferably within the power, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven experience leading a design team on medium to large-scale EPC projects.
- Extensive knowledge of local and international codes and standards (e.g., ASME B31.3, API, NFPA, Philippine Mechanical Code).
- Highly proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, and pipe stress analysis tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interface with clients and global teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within schedule and budget constraints.
