- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of mechanical systems for data center facilities
- Oversee HVAC systems, cooling solutions, and power distribution infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in data center mechanical engineering
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in data center environments
- Professional engineering license or certification
- Expert knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling technologies, and power distribution
- Strong project management skills and experience leading engineering teams
- Familiarity with data center standards and best practices (ASHRAE, TIA-942, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
