Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of mechatronic systems specifically for semiconductor equipment.
- Oversee the mechanical and electrical integration of high-precision motion control systems and modules.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and drive innovation in automation solutions and motion systems.
- Manage cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Perform rigorous system validation, testing, and verification to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Define technical specifications and ensure full compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., SEMI).
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout the design process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in mechatronics design, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech machinery industry.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Siemens NX, or CATIA) and FEA tools.
- Experience with motion control systems, servo motors, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing engineering teams and projects.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under tight deadlines.
