Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Murex Credit Risk solutions (MxG2000 & Murex 3.1).
- Collaborate with business users, risk managers, and IT teams to gather and translate credit risk requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and testing of Murex modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory standards.
- Provide expert guidance on Murex architecture, data models, and credit risk workflows.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and risks for Murex Credit Risk initiatives.
- Conduct thorough system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and post-implementation validation.
- Mentor and guide junior system analysts, fostering their professional development and technical capabilities.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, Murex product updates, and evolving credit risk regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a System Analyst, with at least 5 years specifically on Murex Credit Risk modules.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Murex MxG2000 and Murex 3.1, focusing on Credit Risk (limits, collateral, CVA, regulatory reporting).
- Strong understanding of financial products, credit risk methodologies, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, IFRS 9).
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting, experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, shell) is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully leading Murex implementation or upgrade projects in a banking environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across business and IT functions.
