- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure to support business operations
- Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence

- Manage network budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent industry-recognized qualifications
- Experience with network virtualization, cloud networking, and hybrid cloud environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to mentor technical teams
- In-depth knowledge of network security best practices and implementation
- Experience with network automation tools and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
