Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust, high-availability network and server infrastructure.
- Oversee daily operational health, including monitoring performance, capacity planning, and troubleshooting critical incidents.
- Develop and enforce security protocols, firewall policies, and disaster recovery strategies to protect institutional assets.
- Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and streamline digital workflows.
- Mentor junior IT staff, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) to improve scalability and cost-efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in network administration and systems engineering.
- Proven expertise in managing enterprise-level network hardware (Cisco, Juniper) and Linux/Windows server environments.
- Strong understanding of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Certification in relevant areas is highly preferred (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or CISSP).
- Demonstrated experience in implementing cybersecurity frameworks and managing VPN/firewall solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
