Join COUNTRYWIDE WATER SERVICES, Inc (CWS) as a Lead Operations Engineer and drive excellence in water service delivery across Alabang, Metro Manila. This senior leadership role empowers you to oversee operational efficiency, commercial performance, and customer satisfaction for assigned water service clusters. You'll lead critical infrastructure projects, optimize resource allocation, and implement cutting-edge solutions to ensure uninterrupted water supply while maintaining stringent quality standards. As a key decision-maker, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges, develop maintenance protocols, and enhance customer experience through proactive engagement. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of water service clusters, ensuring 99.9% uptime and regulatory compliance
- Lead commercial activities including budgeting, cost optimization, and revenue management
- Implement predictive maintenance programs to minimize service disruptions
- Manage team of engineers and technicians through performance coaching and skill development
- Coordinate infrastructure upgrades and expansion projects within designated clusters
- Develop KPIs and analytics frameworks for operational performance tracking
- Act as primary liaison between technical teams and commercial stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering (P.E. license preferred)
- 8+ years in water operations management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in water treatment processes, distribution networks, and regulatory frameworks
- Proven experience managing P&L for utility operations (₱10M+ budgets)
- Advanced certification in SCADA systems or smart water technologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities across government, corporate, and community sectors
- Valid Philippine driver's license with clean driving record
