Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the technical implementation of complex partner integrations, ensuring high-quality, scalable code and configurations.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic partners, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the Product team to advocate for partner-specific features and influence the product roadmap.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration playbooks, and best-practice guides for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular technical health audits of partner integrations to ensure optimal performance and security compliance.
- Mentor junior implementation engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Analyze integration friction points and automate deployment processes to reduce time-to-value for new partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or partner-facing technical roles.
- Strong proficiency in API integrations (RESTful, GraphQL, Webhooks) and modern programming languages.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business-level partner goals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical partners.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and SaaS integration architectures.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership or mentoring roles, with a focus on team development.
