Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a strategic partnerships roadmap designed to drive revenue growth and market expansion in Indonesia.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new partnership opportunities with corporate clients, hotels, gyms, and lifestyle brands.
- Negotiate complex contracts and manage ongoing relationships to ensure mutual benefit and long-term retention.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, and Sales) to integrate partnerships into broader business strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new avenues for expansion and innovation.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations and manage a portfolio of key accounts to maximize lifetime value.
- Report on partnership performance, ROI, and key metrics to senior management on a regular basis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales management, preferably within the fitness or lifestyle industry.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing key accounts in the Indonesian market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong network of contacts within the corporate, hospitality, and fitness sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven environment.
