Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive performance testing frameworks using JMeter.
- Lead end-to-end performance testing lifecycles, including load, stress, endurance, and spike testing.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks, identify root causes, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality-first performance engineering.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines (Shift-Left approach).
- Define and monitor performance KPIs to align with business objectives and SLAs.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on system resource utilization and latency issues.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience in performance testing, with a strong focus on JMeter expertise.
- Proven track record in designing high-level performance testing strategies for complex distributed systems.
- Proficiency in scripting (Java, Groovy, or Python) for advanced JMeter customization.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with APM tools (e.g., New Relic, AppDynamics, Dynatrace) and log analysis tools (ELK stack).
- Strong knowledge of database performance tuning (SQL/NoSQL) and API performance testing.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and guide technical teams.
- Relevant certifications in Performance Engineering or ISTQB are a distinct advantage.
