You will serve as the technical authority for primary design works, collaborating closely with project managers, clients, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead Complex Design Initiatives: Spearhead the development and implementation of advanced design methodologies and technical standards for major projects.
- Team Supervision & Mentorship: Supervise a team of design engineers and drafters, providing technical guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster professional growth.
- Technical Review: Conduct rigorous reviews of design calculations, blueprints, and 3D models to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with local building codes.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align technical specifications with project goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Problem Solving: Resolve complex engineering challenges by applying innovative solutions and best practices in design theory.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all engineering deliverables strictly adhere to regulatory standards, environmental guidelines, and quality assurance protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field).
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant government-issued certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in design engineering, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks) and structural analysis tools.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading teams, managing workflow, and driving project success.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
