PERSOL is seeking a highly skilled Lead, Principal, or Senior Cyber Threat Intel Analyst to join our elite security team in the Central Region. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of identifying, analyzing, and mitigating emerging cyber threats before they impact our infrastructure.
You will leverage your deep expertise in intelligence gathering, malware analysis, and adversary tactics to transform complex data streams into high-value, actionable insights for key stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, mentor junior analysts, and shape the future of our threat detection capabilities in an evolving threat environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead complex investigations into advanced persistent threats (APTs) and emerging cyber campaigns.
- Develop and maintain high-fidelity threat intelligence feeds to improve proactive defensive posture.
- Collaborate with Security Operations Center (SOC) teams to translate threat intelligence into actionable detection rules and incident response playbooks.
- Author comprehensive threat intelligence reports and briefings for executive leadership.
- Drive threat hunting initiatives using hypothesis-driven methodologies to uncover hidden indicators of compromise (IoCs).
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to senior and junior security analysts.
- Represent the organization in industry-wide cyber threat intelligence sharing forums and external security groups.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8+ years of experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, or Security Research.
- Deep understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and its application in threat detection.
- Expert-level proficiency in malware analysis, network traffic analysis, and forensic tools.
- Experience with SIEM/SOAR platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, Palo Alto Cortex) and threat intelligence platforms (TIP).
- Strong knowledge of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) targeting the region.
- Relevant industry certifications such as GCTI, GCFA, GREM, or CISSP are highly preferred.
