Join Technip Energies as a Lead Process Engineer and drive innovation in the energy sector. You'll lead complex engineering initiatives across onshore/offshore oil & gas, LNG, and petrochemical projects, ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance. This senior role requires strategic oversight of process design, optimization, and safety protocols while mentoring multidisciplinary teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead process engineering activities for major capital projects in oil & gas, LNG, and petrochemical sectors
- Develop and optimize process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, and simulation models
- Conduct HAZOP studies, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional project teams
- Perform equipment sizing, material selection, and cost estimation
- Interface with clients to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement in process methodologies and technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 10+ years process engineering experience with 3+ years in lead role
- Expertise in process simulation tools (HYSYS, PRO/II, Eclipse)
- Proven track record in onshore/offshore oil & gas, LNG, or petrochemical projects
- Strong knowledge of API, ISO, and NORSOK standards
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
