Tanggung Jawab
- Lead process design and engineering for complex Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power Plant projects
- Develop and optimize PFDs, P&IDs, and mass/energy balance calculations
- Conduct HAZOP studies and risk assessments ensuring operational safety
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate process requirements
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical deliverables
- Ensure compliance with API, ISO, and local regulatory standards
- Implement cost-effective process improvements and sustainability initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Proven track record in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical project execution
- Advanced proficiency in process simulation tools (HYSYS, PRO/II)
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and codes
- Certification in process safety management (e.g., CCPS guidelines)
- Experience leading engineering teams in multidisciplinary environments
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for technical documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
