Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final implementation.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and high-converting user journeys that define the total event experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product requirements into user-focused design solutions.
- Establish and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to iterate on features and improve user satisfaction.
- Provide mentorship and design leadership to junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and quality.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital products.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an agile development environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret user data into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design strategy to non-designers.
- Experience designing for large-scale platforms or event-based software is highly preferred.
