- Define and execute product strategy for in-app insurance experiences aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead end-to-end product development including discovery, design, development, testing, and launch phases
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify product opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features
- Establish product metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement
- Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions
- Present product vision and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 7 years product management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in insurance or fintech product development
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Figma, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and market trends
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Deep understanding of insurance products, regulations, and customer pain points
