Are you a seasoned Product leader with a passion for data-driven transformation? Kroll is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Lead Product Owner to join our Chief Data Officer (CDO) organization in Makati. In this critical role, you will serve as the architectural backbone of our product-led execution strategy, moving our teams away from siloed 'heroics' toward a scalable, predictable, and high-impact delivery model.
As the Lead Product Owner, you will act as the bridge between high-level data strategy and daily engineering execution. You will define the roadmap for critical data products, refine backlogs to ensure maximum business value, and implement processes that empower cross-functional teams to deliver without the chaos of constant firefighting. You will be instrumental in scaling Kroll's data capabilities, ensuring that our infrastructure supports our global business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and security.

- Define and drive the long-term product vision and roadmap for internal data platforms and services.
- Transition the CDO organization from dependency-heavy workflows to a sustainable, scalable, product-led execution model.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and translate them into actionable, prioritized backlog items.
- Lead cross-functional grooming sessions to ensure technical requirements are clear, feasible, and aligned with business goals.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics to track product performance, adoption, and overall data strategy impact.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project delivery, mitigating bottlenecks and removing blockers for development teams.
- Mentor junior product owners and foster a culture of agile excellence and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, specifically within data, analytics, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of scaling product teams and implementing mature Agile/Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Deep understanding of data lifecycles, data governance, and modern cloud data architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong ability to articulate complex technical data concepts to non-technical executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing project delivery in a fast-paced global corporate environment.
- Professional certification (CSPO, PMP, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
