Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end administration of complex IT infrastructure and software development projects
- Mentor and develop junior project administrators through structured coaching and knowledge sharing
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership
- Monitor project KPIs, ensure compliance with quality standards, and deliver actionable insights
- Implement and optimize project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) for efficiency
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in IT project administration
- Proven track record leading complex technology projects with cross-functional teams
- Advanced expertise in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated mentorship experience
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management methodology
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
