- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard methodologies and tools
- Lead and mentor a team of product-level planners to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate project plans and ensure seamless execution
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Optimize resource allocation and timeline management to ensure on-time delivery
- Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Continuously improve project planning processes through data-driven analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project planning with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, Jira)
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex project data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in manufacturing, energy, or logistics sectors preferred
