Pro-Excel Property Managers, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and licensed Lead Property Engineer to join our team in the vibrant Alabang area of Metro Manila. In this senior role, you will assist the Property Manager in managing the daily operations of our Building/Facilities Corporation. We are looking for a Mechanical/Electrical professional who is passionate about maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and comfort for our tenants. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of critical building systems, ensuring that all engineering protocols are strictly followed, and coordinating with various vendors for necessary repairs. This position offers a chance to lead technical operations in a dynamic environment where your expertise will directly impact the building's performance and tenant experience.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Property Manager in the overall management of building operations and facility maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs, maintenance, and installations.
- Monitor utility consumption (water, electricity) and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and fire safety protocols.
- Manage the inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Respond promptly to tenant requests and emergency maintenance issues.
Kualifikasi
- Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering degree with a valid Professional License (Mechanical/Electrical).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in property management or facilities engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, fire safety systems, and electrical distribution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex facility issues.
- Valid NBI Clearance and other government-issued IDs.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
