Are you a hands-on Engineering professional looking to take the next step in your career? Pro-Excel Property Managers, Inc. is currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Property Engineer to oversee the technical operations at Vinia Residences. In this critical role, you will be the technical backbone of our property management team, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems operate at peak efficiency.
As the Lead Property Engineer, you will work closely with the Property Manager to maintain building standards, implement preventive maintenance schedules, and supervise onsite technical staff. We are looking for a proactive leader who understands the complexities of high-rise facility management and is committed to delivering a seamless living and working environment for our residents and tenants.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the daily technical operations and maintenance activities for all mechanical and electrical building systems.
- Develop and implement robust preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of onsite engineering and maintenance personnel.
- Coordinate with third-party contractors and vendors for major repairs and specialized system upgrades.
- Monitor energy and water consumption, recommending improvements to optimize utility costs.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Maintain comprehensive records, logs, and technical reports regarding property assets and maintenance history.
- Respond promptly to emergency repairs and technical troubleshooting requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (Professional Regulation Commission - PRC).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management, facilities engineering, or building operations.
- Strong technical expertise in HVAC, fire protection, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, building schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Willingness to work on-site in Quezon City and be available for emergency response as needed.
