- Lead design and implementation of scalable backend services for HCM and Payroll systems

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience)
- Expert proficiency in Python with frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
- Proven experience leading backend development teams
- Strong understanding of HCM/Payroll systems or SaaS platforms
