Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the detailed examination and root cause analysis of gas turbine components, identifying defects and wear mechanisms.
- Define and develop comprehensive repair procedures, methodologies, and engineering specifications to restore components to optimal condition.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, project proposals, and budgetary forecasts for all repair projects.
- Coordinate and supervise repair teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to source necessary materials and specialized services.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the repair process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and Sulzer's guidelines.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Generate detailed technical reports and documentation on repair findings, procedures, and outcomes for internal records and client communication.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in the repair, maintenance, or overhaul of gas turbine components, preferably within the industrial or power generation sector.
- Proven experience in leading engineering projects and managing technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of metallurgical properties and failure analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM, API) and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing or repair environment.
