Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage strategic R&D account portfolios, ensuring technical milestones are met alongside commercial objectives.
- Act as the primary bridge between internal research labs and external industrial partners to facilitate technology transfer.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase the adoption of A*STARās chemical R&D innovations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities for sustainable chemical processes and new materials.
- Manage project lifecycles, from initial engagement and technical feasibility to final commercialization and deployment.
- Provide expert technical consulting to industry partners to solve complex engineering challenges.
- Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the Jurong Island chemical ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- Masterās or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in chemical R&D or technical business development.
- Proven track record of successful technology commercialization and industry partnership management.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore chemical industry landscape, specifically within Jurong Island.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
- Experience in project management tools and strategic roadmap development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate complex organizational structures.
