Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and testing of integrated optoelectronic components for quantum systems.
- Manage end-to-end research projects, from conceptual design to prototype validation and industrial scaling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate photonic chips with cryogenic and electronic control systems.
- Establish technical roadmaps and project milestones to ensure timely delivery of research outcomes.
- Mentor junior engineers and research staff to foster a high-performance, innovative work culture.
- Engage with industry partners to translate research breakthroughs into practical, market-ready quantum solutions.
- Document research findings, author high-impact papers, and present technical progress at international forums.
Kualifikasi
- PhD or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Photonics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in optoelectronics, nanofabrication, or semiconductor integration.
- Strong background in silicon photonics, laser physics, or integrated quantum optics.
- Proficiency in simulation software such as Lumerical, COMSOL, or similar photonic design tools.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects in a research or industrial setting.
- Experience in cleanroom operations and advanced micro-nanofabrication techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary stakeholder expectations.
