Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the pre-opening activities including setup, hiring, and training of all cafe staff.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service and product quality.
  • Manage daily operations including inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs and maintain freshness.
  • Drive revenue growth through exceptional customer service, upselling, and local marketing initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of service and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to innovate the menu and cafe experience, keeping the concept fresh and competitive.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or cafe management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully opening new outlets or leading new concept launches.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Passion for the F&B industry, particularly the cafe and specialty coffee sector.
  • Superior customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards (WSQ or equivalent preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
